EZinspection app is the Cadillac. Compared to that app this is frustrating to say the least. Need better mapping support. Needs to have a call a map app function to get directions displayed Needs to have a proximity map to show where there is active orders compared to location Come on! Put your heart into it for all our sakes who are using it.

Upon downloading, it was very easy to navigate and learn. Most helpful was being able to see new work in queue while in the field. A huge timesaver in not having to make additional trips. However, I use an iphone and the screen is just so small when trying to tap the bullets, i was often hitting the wrong ones and having to change them. On prefilled forms it is color coordinated from the beginning on what fields are not filled in. You do not have to update first to see what is missing. The most major issue I found was that the program would shut down and log off completely when trying to "launch camera" Could not attach pictures in any form or fashion. This was fixed with a upgrade from apple for the iphone 4. Even though that issue resolved, I have had the app close and log me off when hitting the "download " button as well. It has only happened a couple times but is irritating. BE sure and SAVE your work as you go along. Inspectorade was called for assistance but followup calls were not returned. Fortunately the Iphone update seems to have corrected the issue for the most part. I will not use this to replace paper and camera, but will incorporate it for simple cases and rush cases. It is still worth the money for the ability to see new cases in queue and perform same day inspections.

Worth the $30. It streamlines the inspection process. I love that you can choose to upload the images when wifi is available or through 3G. I wish the it was a free app, but after speaking to tech support I understand why. I personally only do about 20 inspections with this program a month, but it had saved me hours of work already.

Huge time saver when entering orders. Nice quick easy to use interface. I wish the sort function was a little more in-depth and saved its self. Overall great app. Worth 30.00

Works great no problems...yet. Easy to use. I had to call support with what I thought was a problem turned out to be user error. But non the less they were quick to resolve. Worth the money for sure.

excellent work on my iPhone 5

First of all this when you select an address you cannot select any photos from your library, your forced to use the camera with in the app. Second of all lets say you take photos for an address yet you put it on the wrong address, there is no option to move the photos. Third is that it logs out way to fast if your away from the app. And finally this app hasnt been updated since the 14th of August! So there is no support for iPhone 5 or anything new. I cannot believe I paid $30 for such an incomplete app, I am highly dissatisfied.

$30 bucks I feel it should do everything plus more than the web site. See attachments is something I wish it could do.

One word INGENIOUS! So far so good! I am very pleased with this app! Makes my job much easier!! Using this app uts my time in half and I can send orders much sooner! Love it! God bless!! Very pleased!!=)

In IOS7, there is about a 4 second delay after you zoom in or out on something before you can actually take the photo. Before, you could take the photo immediately after zooming in or out.

With iOS 7 after I zoom in to get a house number or whatever. The delay always gets me caught! Needs to be fixed ASAP!!! Cant be getting caught at bankruptcy properties!

A well needed update to fix the camera zooming issue.

Had a lot of problems with older version but this one seems to be doing great love how it makes my job so much easier..glad I spent the $30

Crap. New version updated now it will not start. Never goes to sign in screen. What crap. And you have to pay for this crap. I need it for work, I updated and now its frozen , Im screwed . What crap

Have had a few times that it has frozen up in the middle of a photo session. Had to exit the app & restart the phone. Was more than annoying. Other than that, I love the ease of it.

Decent app for work, but I see an easy to fix flaw which I hope they will fix. What Im talking about on the app I cant seem to access my photo album on my phone to upload the pics from my phone to the app. They make you take the photos through the app which really made me waste a huge amount of time especially if you are using this for a job and didnt know that you had to do that. Please fix this in an update and I will change my rating from 4 stars to 5 thank you!!!

After this update I can no longer click on the address and it map it, please fix this ASAP!

First of all why the camera button feature is now on the top??? This does not make sense at all.... Can you please fix it and put it down to the bottom instead??? As a Mortgage Field Inspector I will really appreciate it!! Thnx!!

First, kudos for having an app that has simplified the inspection workflow as well as this has. However, be warned, there are a couple things about this app that will have you scratching your head. For instance, on a iphone 5s the view finder window when taking a photo is about 1" too far to the left. So if you center something when you snap the photo its always shifted to one side. Also, in the latest update, they inexplicably moved the camera icon from the left of the display to the right. Do you know whats on the right side of a phone held in portrait view?? the camera. Combine these two issues and you have photos that look okay when taken but have photobomb fingers in the finished product. On a more cosmetic note, this app begs for a one touch system for switching between user accounts. Maybe the app can save the passwords of each account then allow you to use a master code or touch id for app access.

Purchased in hopes to enter inspection data easier, and quicker. Iam disappointed you CANNOT upload photos previously taken.!?One has to take photos within the app for each inspection, in order to add pictures. Not very versatile and not a good method. For the price of this app, its ridiculous you cant upload previously taken pictures. Fix this!! Add this feature!!
